I weigh myself and I haven't lost a pound and it's so frustrating!. I am only trying to loose 10-15 lbs but I feel like I am not loosing at all!. I am not on a diet but I eat the normal breakfast, lunch and dinner!. Can anyone help please!? Thank you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume!. For weight loss of 1 lb in a week, you have to burn 500 calories a day MORE than you consume!. Remember, you burn calories all the time (not just during exercise) but apparently you are eating enough calories to make up for what you're burning, and thus you aren't losing weight!.

Check this site http://www!.freedieting!.com/tools/calorie!.!.!. for a calculator that'll give you an idea of what your calorie intake per day should be, at your current activity level, to induce weight loss!. You may need to exercise more and eat fewer calories at least until you hit your goal!.!.!.then you can return to your current behavior (eating "normally" and exercising regularly) to maintain your weight!.

Also, consider adding some strength training/weights to your workout regime!. You won't bulk up (if you are female) but adding muscle to your body not only makes you look better, it takes up less space than fat, and increases your metabolism so you burn more calories even at rest!. Can't beat that!

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to count your calories, and make sure that you're burning off a few hundred or so every day more than you are taking in!.

A calorie calculator will really help you for that (see source)!.

Also note that 3500 calories = 1 pound of fat, so you'd need a deficit of 500 a day to lose a pound in 1 week!. (Weight loss is generally slow!.!.!.whenever it is super fast, it's just water weight!.)

A lot of people workout and don't count their calories, so they end up eating more than enough to make up for what they are burning when they workout!.
Count those calories!

I also recommend eating 5-7 meals a day instead of 3!. Eating too many calories in one sitting increases your propensity to store fat, so spreading it out is better!.

Also, it is possible you've lost some fat already, but your water weight is higher right now!. (I know that my body stores a little more water when my muscles are recovering from a really heavy weight lifting day!.)

You may have also gained muscle, adding to your body weight in an equal amount to fat lost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your turning Fat into muscle and although its a good thing!.!. the last thing we want is to have put on more weight or stay the same after working our asses off!
Try using the string method!.!. cut a piece of string that goes the whole way around the part of the body you want to loose most weight and wrap it around you each week to see how much you have lost since you started!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you get fit and work out its more about a change in tissue type rather than overall weight, as you build muscle it replaces fatty tissue and although you are losing fat and changing shape you may not weigh any different!. Remember too, that muscle weighs more than fat, as it is more dense!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well,
u said that u dont make diet
u should!
like dont eat alot of bread at dinner cuz it will remain and it wont be crunched wich will make u fatter
