I just started working out recently. what does it mean when it say do reps to failure.?
Answers:
It means to do as many reps as you humanly possibly can!!! Don't just do 10 or 15...get up there....unless you're lifting a lot of weight. And if you just started I don't recommend that! Start off somewhat slow and work up. And then, when you do as many reps as you can, take a breather for 5 or 10 seconds, and do 2-5 more!
