Question: When training to tone abs, what results do you see first!?
Do the sides of your stomach pull in first!? Does your tummy start pulling in first!? What happens as you train, what signs indicate that your training is effective!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first thing will be- you will be able to feel the muscles getting more soilid under your skin!.This will happen before you see it!.
If you clench your butt cheeks and squeeze your abs then press on your stomach with the tips of your fingers!.You will be able to feel the muscles turning to rock!.
When it starts to show on the outside !.!.eventually!.!. usually the top section of your stomach starts to develop first and you will see a shaddow,then you start to get a faint line down the middle!.If you do excessive training eventually you will form a 6 pac!.

Each body Shape/type is different!. I have found the best way to find if your workouts are working is to use a measuring tape!. Measure now and write down your measurements, remeasure periodically, like every month, you should see a your number decrease!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
