Question: My boyfriend has gained some more weight recently
he has always been a big guy but now it seems a little unhealthy!. he had lost a lot of weight and was looking great but ever since we have started going out he doesn't seem to care like you he used to before we got together!. he keeps saying he needs to lose weight and i want him to be healthy but he never starts eating right!. i feel like it's partially my fault because i like going out to eat and he doesn't want to say no!. how can i convince him to start losing weight without seeming rude!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Stop going out to eat!.
Start cooking dinner for him and cook something healthy while he's in the other room watching tv or something, and ALWAYS include a salad!. Be careful with the dressing though, because the calories in the dressing can ruin the salad, providing enough that having a healthy salad will be pointless!.

Also, start working out!. Say you'd like to get into shape and tone a little and you'd like him to help bc you don't know what areas to target on, etc!.

How about instead of telling him he is getting fat just go on dates that involve exercising!. For example you could both go on a bike ride, water skiing, or some other activity!. Soon you will both be getting thinner and have more active life style!. Also eat at home and cook healthy stuff for the both of you!. You could also have him cook healthy stuff for you and say that your on a new diet!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell him that men are naturally leaner than women!. Men have a higher muscle to fat ratio, as women have more fat to muscle!. Men lose faster and they lose lose more than we do!. There's no reason why the two of you can't eat out together!. My clients know exactly what to order at a restaurant or drive thru!. I don't know what your weight is, but maybe you both can go on a weight loss plan together!? It's a lot more fun to exercise with someone else!. Maybe do more active things with him!? Playing sports, walks in the park / beach, they say at least 30 minutes of exercise 3 times per week will most definitely get you start losing weight!. This could be any exercise from walking, jogging, playing some sport, riding bike, etc!.!.!.!.!.

I'm not much of an exercise person, so I've been on this program which I've lost 24 pounds so far!. I started at 262 pounds and I'm now, just today, weighing in at 238 (I lost 3 pounds last night)!. I barely exercise at all because I have a desk job!. Anyway, this thing is working for me and it could be something you could have him try!. Maybe buy it for the both of you and do it together!. It's not exactly cheap but it's worth it!. Nothing else ever worked for me!.
