Question: Can i lose weight like this!.!.!.
if i eat whatever i want and work out for 5 days for 40 mins
30 mins walking and 10 mins on ab lounge
can i lose love handels and get in shape!?
oh and lose a pant size
im a size 3 5"7 and 125

I think eating what you want is the problem!.
Your slim and excerising is going to help tone!. You neat to cut out carbs as it bloats you out and probably is what is giving you the love handles!.


Go on a high protein diet and see if it helps!.

No, diet is without a doubt, the single most important factor in losing weight!.

Exercise definitely helps, but you won't get very far with just exercise!.

Unless you're going on 10 hour bike rides and burning 2000 calories!.

Also, 30 minutes walking is not very strenuous exercise - in order to lose weight, you want to engage in short, but demanding exercise!.

The ab workout is good though!.

Also - I'm assuming you meant 5 days a week for several weeks!.!. not just 5 days!.!. because only 5 days will get you nowhere!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Spot "treating" fat does not work!. You need to burn more calories than you consume if you want to lose fat!. Your exercise regimen sounds good!. However, it does sound like you ARE very thin, yes I know you said that!. So- try this:

Exercise your midriff to build muscle!. The muscle will be much firmer than the slight fat deposits you have, plus you will be reducing your waist to hip ratio- which bodes better for your heart!.

1!. Sit on the floor!. Bend your knees and point your toes!. Knees bent at 45 degrees, lean back!. Extend your arms over your knees parallel to the floor!. Lean back more till you feel the burn!. Your fingertips should touch your knees!. Roll your back up straight to stretch your stomach muscles!. Repeat!.

2!. Do the above exercise hold two bricks on your chest!. Resistance and weight training helps you build muscle!.

3!. Modify the above exercise: Lay flat on the floor with your knees in the same position as above!. Sit up half way (still holding the brick) and touch your right brick to your left knee!. Repeat for the left brick!.

4!. Lay flat on your back!. Place your hands under your buttocks!. Lift your legs to a 90 degree angle to the floor!. Repeat!.

5!. Modify #4!. Slowly lower legs towards the floor!. Hold at about 2" above the floor!. Repeat!.

6!. Flip over onto your stomach- point your toes, lift up your torso using your hands and arms!. Relax your stomach and stretch backwards- stretching is very important!.

7!. Still on your stomach, stretch out your hands in front of you, point your toes!. Lift your torso and your legs up off the floor!. The point is to make your back into a wide "U" Only your stomach should be on the floor!. Move your legs up and down, opposite each other, like you are kicking!. This exercises your lower and mid back!.

You will end up with a stronger core if you do this 3 times/week- daily!.

Note: repeat each step as many times as you can stand without injuring yourself- listen to your body and start off slow!. When things get too easy, step up the weights or repetition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot eat whatever you want and think you will lose weight!. Your calorie outflow must be greater than your calorie intake for you to lose your love handles!. In your case doing cardio will be fine!. Do cardio and crunches and stay on a diet and you will be fine!. I think you should eat healthy foods (veggies, fruits, & lots of water) and keep doing the walking and your ab lounge and you will lose them!. yes you will loose a size but maybe not weight!.!.!. i had the same problem and i did a 1000calorie workout by exercising on the exercise bike an hour a day i also did 200 crunches aday and 100 lunges

in 2 weeks my wiast went down from 28" to 26"

and my legs were half and inch smaller(thighs) in 3 months and now itz 3 months all my back fat is gone so thats my love handles mostly gone just abit left lo0lz

no you are going to work youself out! Yes you are in good shape but i know how much you hate those love handles!Here follow this plan:
1 Eat healthy
2 Run at least 4 to 5 days a week about 2 to 3 miles
3 100 cruches (not sit ups there half way)
4 50 side cruches on each side
5 & do but exercises

First of all , you are in great shape as it seems

how ever , if you want to lose more then that , i seggest you to lower down hydrocarbons in youre food, for about a week try to not get over 50 gram of hydrocarbons, then continue normaly , it will lower youre need for hydrocarbon!.

You don't have to go diet crazy but you should avoid certain foods!. Try to cut down the amount of fried foods you eat!. You don't have to get rid of them but you should cut down how much you eat!. Just exercise alone isn't going to give you results!. You do have to make change to your diet as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it is whatever you want within reason then yes you should lose weight!. Also you should add weight lifting monday, wednesday, and friday!. I don't mean intense heavy weight lifting just light weight with a plenty of reps to give you tone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't matter how much you work out you can always eat more than you burn!.
If you eat whatever you want and it is lots of calories you will gain not lose weight!.

i dont drink soda, and i watch my sodium intake!.

i can still eat whatever i want within reason!.

ive lost 15 lbs i now weigh 105!.

you have to eat less calories than you burn!. if you eat everything you want you'll end up eating a lot of calories!. try to eat as healthy as possible and you will lose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
