I am very surprised that you are not already a 3 or 4! Being with the measurements 5'5 and 131 pounds, I don't feel like you need to lose weight at all, but then again I don't know you're age either but I'm sure that won't make any difference!. At 115 you'll probably be a 3 or 4 yes, good luck!. But 3 and 4 are not any indictation of what a person should be, before you diet you must always be able to love yourself the way you are!. Your body type matters just as much as what you weigh!. I am a little under 5'5" and weigh 109, I have a bit of a tummy from not working out as much as I used to!. Two years ago I worked out daily, weighed 113 and had not too bad abs for an old lady-wore a 4 then and wear a 4 now!. The inches, (and where they are), matter just as much as the poundsWww@Answer-Health@Com
