I hate exercise...but i need to lose weight...please help!!


Question: I hate exercise!.!.!.but i need to lose weight!.!.!.please help!
What kind of exercise do you do, and do you enjoy it!?
I am trying to get as many answer as possible, so i can think of some different exercises to trry out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wii fit is excellent!

i go swimming alot cos its fun! i also go jogging as it clears my head and makes me happy!.

but really all you need to do is just keep active for most of the day by doing anything!

-going to the shop
-cleaning the house
-gardening ( the best for exercise! trust me)
- taking kids out for a walk to the park you dont realise just how much exercise you do when doing this

basically what im trying to say is keep on your feet for as long as you can and you wont need to worry about exercise!. i find that it is quite difficult to do and keep up to it when you think about it more!.

Actually exercising wont help you lose weight if you aren't eating right!. I don't remember the actual amount but it was small this is probably the max but it takes running the length of a football field 4x's to burn up the calories of just 11 M&M's!. You have to look at the calories you consume and how much it will take too burn them!. You need to eat less calories and then add the exercise to burn calories!. Cardio is good but if you work in weights that will be better because you need to build muscle too keep the calorie burning longer!.

I walk, or do leg lifts while cooking or doing dishes, I park far away from buildins use stairs when possible!.
If you have kids get playing outdoor things with them if not start hiking with friends or anything outside!. Inside clean you can burn a lot of calories doing small things!. Get a pedometer and keep track of your steps try and get 10,000 in a day add jumping jacks to that!.
Do fun things like walking, swimming, hiking, tennis things like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I LOVE pilates!. It's more fast paced than yoga, but not extremely tiring, either!. It stretches out your body while strengthening your muscle!. Youtube has some great started videos if you want to try it out before buying your own DVD or signing up for a class!.

Walking is great exercise, too!. You burn just as many calories as you would running, but just at a slower pace!. Being outside is proven to make a person happier, as well, so just getting out and being in nature will make you feel tons better!. You can even try jogging a little bit (even if you go a a snail's pace) You'll feel accomplished for just running a few steps and eventually, if you stick to this, you might be able to run further distances!.

Glamour!.com has a GREAT exercise program as well for free!. You can upload 12 strength workouts catered to what areas you want to target the most!. I used an arm workout and it really did tone my fat arms down a bit after a month!.

Lastly, any activity that moves your body is good for you!. Try playing coed softball with friends!. Usually those teams aren't serious and just getting out there and running the bases will make you feel good about yourself!. I was really awful at it (i even hit a ball on my own face, causing myself to get a black eye) but I at least moved my body!

If you like horses, give riding a try! Taking up lessons is a GREAT way to lose weight!. English riding, in particular, is an amazing cardiovascular workout; after thirty minutes of truly riding a horse, you're arms, legs, and stomach will be sore and you'll be panting for dear life!.

Also, being at a barn with horses is a huge workout in itself!. Cleaning them, there stalls, and taking care of the barn is great on the body!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use the stairs instead of the elevator, for starters!. Start dancing to your favorite music, and walk one mile a day!. As you get better at walking, quicken your pace a little and walk farther!. I find that exercising with my MP3 player helps me a lot and makes it more enjoyable!.
A great thing to do is exercising with your friends! You'll be more motivated to exercise when you're doing it with your buddies!. Hang out at the gym together, or walk with each other!.
Finally, if you have a Wii, try getting Wii Fit!. It's a great exergame that helps a lot!. My mom enjoys exercising, thanks to the Wii!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The reason a lot of people hate exercise is because they don't DON'T exercise!. They get into a bout of lethargy and even the thought of exercise makes them whine and complain!. Exercise actually releases endorphines that make you happy and feel good!.

I love to run!. Love it!. I like to push myself to the point of exhaustion!. Some people say I'm crazy, but I enjoy it!. I also like Tennis and soccer!. And really just about any sport!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not much of an exercise person either!. I've been on this program called ISAGENIX which I've lost 24 pounds on so far!. I started at 262 pounds and I'm now, just today, weighing in at 238 (I lost 3 pounds last night)!. I barely exercise at all because I have a desk job!. Breakfast: Yogurt!.
Lunch: Salad!.
Dinner: Chicken with veg!.
Snacks: Fruit!.

With this you will lose the weight quickly but heathily!.

Only drink water and run for 30 minutes a day!.

Try weight watchers, it sounds like a fad but it really does work and if you stick to it, it works quickly!. You don't really have to give up your favourite foods nor do you have to do crazy amounts of exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Participate in activities with someone that can help keep you motivated and on track!. Do things that you enjoy, play games that get you moving, and your heart rate up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i mostly go on the stationary bike!.
while your playing a game or watching tv it
waste times!.i suggest u do this if u have one!.
once my sister was on it for 2 hours watching a movie
without knowing!.
