So has anyone had the problem they want to loose more but not to much more so they binge sometimes like ever 2 weeks just not to get to skinny and to keep my body at healthy wait Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's not healthy!. I lost 24 pounds on this program I'm on and I've kept it off!. I just started another 9-day program with it and already lost 3 pounds!. To keep yourself healthy, eat healthily and do exercises!.

As I have said in previous questions that I have answered, do some exercises every 3-5 times a week!. But if you don't want to, then at 1-3 timex a week, and avoid fat/junk food!.

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER MY FRIEND!.

Keeping some fluids in your body is a good thing, always eating doesn't help!.
