What exercises can i do?!

What exercises can i do?

I want to build muscle and strength, preferably in my upper body. Sadly I am on an allstar team for baseball. I pitch so i cant do exercises that will tire me out too much. Do you have any exercise suggestions for my case. thanks

Grab a set of weights (I would recommend no more than 5 pounds; if you do more you might stretch a muscle and pain yourself. Then you will have to wait a while until your arm builds up new strength....you don't want this to happen) and do some bicep/triceps curls (15 curls in each segment). Take a break between segments, drink liquids, and if you feel you're ready to take on some more, go for it. Don't overdo it though! I can't advise you on this; only you know the limits of your body.

If there is an exercise program (DVD, VCR, or in-gym if you have the time) available that caters to your needs (in this case, building muscle and strength in your upper body), GREAT! Follow that exercise regiment. This will produce greater results and it is often easier to break a sweat and exercise intensely to build strength and muscle if you follow a program, rather than doing self-exercise (which is monotonous and which you have little motivation for).
