Question: Is it better to workout the same time everyday or no!?
Hey there, so I'm on a running program, today I started it, and I got up early to walk to start it off, should I keep walking/running in themorning, or does it not matter!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well it doesn't matter what time you work out in the day but its best if you work out in the morning because its cold and its not the middle of the day and its not hot! And also because you have more time in the day to do stuff if you work out in the morning!. But if you want to be a little worm work out at like 5:00 so if you have had a ruff day you can take a break and just workout and forget about it all!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't matter what time you do it, unless there are some other factors!.

You don't burn more calories exercising at a certain time of day unless:

~You have certain times of the day when you feel you are energized!. If you're not a morning person, you may want to wait until later when you may be more aggressive with your running!. If you are sluggish, then you may go slower, therefore burning less calories and not getting the maximum cardio and muscle benefit!.

~You have a hard time remembering to exercise or you procrastinate!. Doing it at a certain time of day may make you more likely to stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As I understand it our systems work on a highly complex schedule!. Our bodies have an optimum time for exercise so when you do certain routines you can get benefits and lose benefits depending on what you are doing!. I believe aerobic training should be done at the same time everyday - on the other hand there can be benefits to changing up the weight training times and activity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. The best time to work out is as soon as you wake up!. When you do your cardio workout, you are burning calories!. Lets say you wake up, eat breakfast, eat lunch later in the day, and then a few hours after lunch, you do your cardio!. All you will be doing during that cardio is burning the calories and carbs of the food you just ate!. When you do cardio first thing in the morning, you haven't eaten anything for the last 8 or so hours because you were sleeping!. So, when your body sees that there are no carbs to burn, it goes directly to stored bodyfat!. And stored bodyfat is the fat that is on your body, which is the fat that you want to lose!

From personal experience routine is good!. Although changing your workout is a good idea, if you can keep roughly the same workout time, it will work better for you!. That's just me though!. But what do I know!? I am a muppet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it's good to have a scheduled program!. You get more used to it and your body gets used to it as well!.!.!. I exercise for an hour each night when I get home from my class!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
