Question: Balance between anorexia and binge eating!?
I struggle with anorexia and I know that it's unhealthy!. The only problem is that when I'm not starving myself, I'm stuffing my face with food!. I feel like I can only eat under 500 calories or over 2000 calories per day!. How can I get myself to eat a healthy amount of calories and lose 15 lbs, the healthy way!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably overestimating that 'over 2000'!. You normally eat under 500 so any amount of food greater than that will seem like a lot to you!.

lean proteins, fish, eggs, lots of veggies, berries and fiber!. eat less more often
