Dose Anyone Have Or Use To Have A Elliptical Trainer!?
Okay, so I'm 13 and I want to lose 30 pounds, so i want to get a elliptical trainer, but i want to know more about it before i get one!.
So if anyone had one, can they answer these questions below!?:
1) Where did you get it, and how much did it cost!?
2) Did it work good!?
3) How long did it take you to start seeing weight loss results!?
4) How much weight did you lose!?
5) How old were you!?

1) got it from Walmart!. Made by Welso I believe!. It costs about 160 at the time I got it!.
2)Yes it work really well!. I love it!.
3) I lost 60 pound in a year!. But I lift weight and eat right along with at least 30 minutes on the elliptical 4 to 6 times a week!. I started on lower resistence and moved up to the highest level!.

5) 30 year old!. You are younger and should be able to lose it faster or about the same right!. 1 or 2 pounds a week!.
