Size 14 to a size 12 (UK sizing)?!

Question: Size 14 to a size 12 (UK sizing)!?
I'd like to drop a dress size by 1st September, but not using something like the special K diet because the cereal is disgusting!

Would this work:

Eating 1,200 calories and going on the treadmill in my house for 50 minutes, burning 500 calories!?

On average, how quickly do women drop a dress size!?

Thanks!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You've got a good plan!. Please don't pay attention to the extreme diets that people are recommending in their answers!. Especially when you're exercising that much, you should eat at least 1200 calories a day!. It takes that many to get a balanced diet!. Changing sizes is not necessarily tied to how much you've lost!. Many people see a difference in how clothing fits before they see much of a weight drop, especially if you've increased your activity level along with eating sensibly!. I've lost about 60 lbs over the past year by eating a sensible diet and being much more active!. You can do it! Good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like a much more sensible plan! The special K diet is just one of the many crash diets about that basically mean starving yourself!. If you just restrict your caloric intake and do more exercise you are much more likely to lose weight and keep it off!. Although a crash diet can help you lose weight in the short term, in the long run it will usually cause you to actually put on weight that will be much more difficult to drop!. This is because these types of diet are unsustainable and so eventually you will start eating normally again, unfortunately many people damage their metabolism and your body goes into 'starvation mode' where it tries to get as much energy from as little food as possible!. When you start eating normally again your body's metabolism has trouble keeping up and so is still trying to gain as much energy from as little food as possible, and therefor you put on more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1 extra pound of fat is 3500 calories!.
Load up on the water, it tricks your body into thinking that you're full!.
On average, a female burn 1800 calories a day without exercising!.
If you go on the treadmill for 50 mins, you can burn a few hundred calories if you're walking!.
A light jog or sprint for a few min and walk for a few mins is much better!.
Let's say your breakfast is a bowl of cereal + 1 banana, that's 400cals!.
And for lunch you eat a chicken breast subway sanwich, that's 330 cals!.
and for dinner, people will generally exceed 500 cals!.
So that's a total of 1230 cals, without milk or fruits!.
Just eat 1 apple and load up on the salad for veggies, as fiber helps burn cals!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow, this is weird i'm trying to do the same thing!. I was going to try the special k diet but i chose not to, and im glad i didn't!. Basically you lose weight the quickest by eating a balanced diet, like i have salad everyday, eat plenty of fruit, drink water, do alot of exercise!. Obvisouly going on the treadmill for 50 mins will help in burning calories!. Im not sure how long it takes women to drop a dress size because its different with everybody!. As long as you stick to eating 1,200 calories a day and doing your exercise, i think you should definately have dropped a dress size by the 1st september,
good luck xWww@Answer-Health@Com

1,200 Calories a day is a little too much!. Drop it to 1000!. Then even 40 minutes of exercising will be enough!. Lay off the fatty foods!. It can take from 1 - 3 months to drop a dress size!. It depends on how less you eat and how much more you exercise!.

BTW - The food plan above will only work for some people and doesn't have a garuntee!. Eat normally but have more water along with more fruit and vegetables rather than the usual fatty desserts like cakes!.

Restricting yourself like above will pressure you and will make you feel as if you have to eat exactly that!. Then it will plainly bore you and you would want to eat something completely different, preferably oily and sugary things!.

Hope you drop your size!Www@Answer-Health@Com
