Question: What burns off more calories!? Biking, walking, jogging, or running!?
I have been having a little trouble trying to burn off calories and need to think of some kind of routine!. I want to do what ever burns more an hour a day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not what you do, it's for how long and how often you do it!.

Any one of these are just as effective so long as you work out for at least 20 minutes 3 times per week!. It takes 15 minutes before your body starts to burn fat/calories!. Most of all, it's about getting your blood flowing and your heart pumping, you will build muscle and in turn lose fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
