Question: 12-year old gain more weight!?!!?
I'm 12 and I weigh about 81 lbs!. I'm 5' 1"!. My BMI is 15!.3 and I'm in normal range, but I still look really skinny! I have no butt! and I'm muscleless! I need to look a bit bigger!.!.!.I have a really fast motablism!. ughhh!.!.!.What should I do!? HELP!! Please don't tell me to stuff myself w/ fatty foods!. ughh gross! Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want to gain more muscles then do a couple of weight lifting exercises a day while gaining muscles in your legs by doing deep repetitive lunges!. instead of eating 3 full meals a day try 6 small half sized meals!. really remember though you're still twelve my friend was a stick too and she now has curves up the wazoo so just remember to also have patience! =) Www@Answer-Health@Com
Exercising builds muscle!. When you don't /have/ a lot of fat, it doesn't burn fat, it makes muscle!. Swimming, horse-back riding, running, stair-stepper, and treadmill should make you look (still skinny) toned and healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try eating protein and maybe workout more!.
