Question: How many bananas should you eat per day for potassium intake!?
I recently posted a question regarding cramp in my feet!. I got some really useful information back!. I have registered the fact that I need more sodium and potassium!. I have been drinking carbonated water all day and have eaten about five small bananas throughout the day!. I would like to know how many bananas would give me the amount of potassium needed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe add a banana into your breakfast what I do is slice up a banana and add it into my 2 pieces of wheetabix and cold milk it's lovely!.

Bananas aren't the only potassium rich food!. They're kind of high in sugar so try some other options
Tomato Puree has 1150mg and a banana has only 400mg

Infants: !.4-1!.4 grams
Children: 1-5!.5 grams
