Answers:
Everyone's metabolic rate is different!.
Since I do not know how much of those junk foods you ate per day, it is quite hard to even estimate your weight loss!.
I do know however, just cutting out the coke, crisps, and chocolate will decrease your caloric intake, possibly by thousands or at least hundreds of calories!.
For every 3,500 calories you do not eat, you should lose one pound-I'm in the USA!. (I think a stone is 14 pounds)
Plus you are running about 80 minutes per day which is great, that will speed your weight loss along!.
It is best to lose about 1-2 lbs per week-that is healthiest!. Also, if you find you gain weight without over eating, it may be due to an increase in muscle mass-muscle weighs more than fat-so do not be alarmed if that happens!.
Drink plenty of water too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's no real way to know how long it will take!. Some people start dieting and exercising and lose 5 lbs their first week, some people don't lose their 1st lb for a month!. Chances are once the weight loss kicks in you'll lose about !.5-3 lbs a week!. You won't know for sure until it happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
