if i burn 1700 calories sleeping,and i eat 1400 calories, i would loose weight right? because of negative calories?
Answers:
There's no such thing as "negative" calories and if there were you'd wind up killing yourself in the process.
First of all you don't burn that much when you sleep. You might need that much as your BMR calories but that's over the whole day and not just while you sleep.
But the idea is sound. If you take in less calories than what you burn then you'll lose the weight. 1400 calories a day is very low and it's close to starvation levels if you're not careful. I would really suggest 1500 calories a day and do some kind of aerobic exercise. You'll lose the weight faster and it will actually be safer as well.
