What kind of workout can I do in hot weather?!


Question: What kind of workout can I do in hot weather!?
First, I can't do yoga!. My belly is to fat to let me!. I can't get down on the floor to do yoga anyway!.

Swimming-I do not have access to a swimming pool!. Swimming is out of the question!.

Jumping jacks-also out of the question!. I live on the 2nd floor of a apartment complex with very thing walls and floors!. I hear the people above me walking all the time, and they try to walk lightly!. I hear the people below me when they are watching tv, and they don't have it turned up very loud!. I'm fat, and doing jumping jacks would sound like a herd of elephants to my neighbors downstairs!.

Running/jogging: I can't do running or jogging!. I would only be able to jog 3 or 4 steps before being out of breath!.

Walking: Also out of the question!. I would only be able to walk 150-200 feet before I'm out of breath!.

Pushups/Situps/Crunchs: Also out of the question!. I have enough trouble getting down on the floor and back up again, there is NO WAY I can do this as well!.

I'm currently doing light aerobics/toning work, but I get overheated very easily (due to lupus) in hot weather, and am wondering what else I can do besides toning work/aerobics in 95 plus degree weather, thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok since you pretty much eliminated all physical activity for some reason or another, I suggest looking into the Deep Breathing Exercises!. It gives you an aerobic workout to get your heart and lungs into shape and can even help lose a bit of weight!.!.!. then you might be able to get to walking and lose more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
