Help me please!?

I'm a skinny person, but i have a lot of belly fat. i've had it for years now, and every summer i say that i'm going to get rid of it, but i don't. i've always just sucked it in, and everyone around me thinks that i'm a prefect, skinny girl. well, this summer i finally got fed up with sucking it in, and i tried really, REALLY hard to get it off, but i'd always stray off my diet/excersise thing. and now, i've done a bad thing. i've started throwing up, and become bulimic. please, don't tell me how bad bulimia is for you, i've already got a friend with anorexia, so i know what it does. i'm so ashamed of myself.

please, i'm looking for someone out there who can support me and offer me advice to stay on track and lose weight faster (spesifically my belly fat). i can't take pills or weight loss programs - i'm only 15. please, is there anyone out there that can help me along? i want to stop the bulimia while i can.

first of all, congratulations for admiting that its a problem. The good news is that most people with eating disorders think that there is no problem, asnd since you recognize that there is, that is the first step in recovery.

I realize how frustrating it is to try to lose weight without luck. The problem with "diets" is that you can get super bored and quit, and end up gaining the weight back. So I suggest a compromise. Since you are already skinny as you say, you dont necesarily need to lose weight, you need to TONE your midsection, tighten those abdominal muscles and turn the fat into muscle.

I dont need to tell you how to eat healthy, right? Fruits, veggies, complex carbs (not sugar or white breads, rather wheat breads and grains and cereals with a lot of fiber) and lean protein: chicken, fish, turkey and lean beef.

What you want to do, and im being serious, is the following:

1. eat 5, small portions a day. Include one serving of lean protein, 3 servings of fruit or vegetable, 2 servings of complex carbohydrates, and (this is important) SPECIFICALLY, 3 servings a day of fat free fruit yogurt. Yogurt not only aids in proper digestion, but it has been known to SHRINK THE WAISTLINE. I dont know why, but you can research that yourself. Plus its yummy.

2. dont eat 3 hours before bed. If you plan to go to bed at 10, 7pm is the cutoff.

3. Drink LOTS of water. Water is VITAL for proper body functions, healthy for skin, nails and hair, curbs appetite, and flushes fat and other toxins from the body.

other than that, you dont need to worry too much about diet. NOw, exercise.

do the following every day.

3 reps of 10 complete abdominal crunches: (lay on your back, and lift your tummy up and your legs at the same time to create a V with your body, then lower.

25 normal crunches (just upper abs)

25 reverse crunches (pull knees into chest, or legs straight up, and lower SLOWLY to the ground, then repeat)

25 crunches on each side (lay flat on your back but turn onto one hip and crunch up)

if you do that, before school starts you should notice a big difference and you will see that its more toning you need to do instead of weight loss.

I also dont have to tell you to stop purging, you know you need to. I will not tell you the side effects that can give, you already know that. Plus, the good thing is that NOW you have a BETTER, MORE EFFECTIVE and HEALTHY alternative, so you will have no more need for these ..."bad habits"
