Question: How do i get a flat belly!?
i like only execise at school! and my friend sab i dont know if she thinks she is fat but she is my only friend that i know well !. Im probally gonna go to her house we will definitly go in her pool we love doing that! but like what should i be eating!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat a well rounded diet!.!.!.fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy!. DONT COUNT CALORIES OR CARBS!!!! tht is the worst possible thing to do!! it stresses you which makes you gain more weight, and you'll just end up craving more sweets, which will make you GAIN more weight!. only one small dessert at night!. cut out juice, sub water!. cut out cookie crisp, sub special k!. cut pizza, eat pasta!. eat more healthy things and along with excercise you'll feel good and have that flat belly you want!. It's got nothing to do really with what you eat!. If you're fairly thin, but don't have a flat belly, then the only way to tackle that is by exercise!. Not having a flat belly and being fat are two completely different things!. Running, ab crunches, mainly cardiovascular workouts should be of benefit!.

Eat vegetables, fruits, and meat!. No fast food, no junk!. Things like fruit smoothies, salads, fruit salad, steak, chicken w/o the skin on it, fish, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, yogurt, even granola with fruit and yogurt are a nice treat for b-fast:) excercise a lot!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

running is the best ting to do!.!.!. i know its hard but do it!.!.!.and u can just get a flat belly u gotta trim fat from every part of ur body equally!.!. and running is the most efficient way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
exercise enough to keep you heart rate up for about 30 minutes and eat lots of fruit and vegetables, plus drink lots of water!.!.!.!.i've done this for about a week and am already seeing results!.!.!.good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
