Question: Any exercises to help make a "guitar shape" into an hourglass figure!?
Ladies; you know what I'm talking about!. Does anyone know how to make that area just above you thighs and just below your hips come out so your lower body looks like an hourglass instead of a guitar!? lol Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
