I need to lose 9 pounds in july.i weigh 123 lbs and my height is 5'0'.i am still studying in a school?

i eat my lunch in school and sometimes i eat my dinner outside.i do not really have time to exercise except weekends.i do have physical education in school twice a week for 45 minutes.i am trying to cut down on my carbohydrates intake.will it help??

Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.

Cutting down on your carbo will definitely help ;) Losing 9 pounds is not tat difficult.. you just need to persevere ;)
