How to lose twenty pounds in two months?!


Question: How to lose twenty pounds in two months!?
I am about 5'8 , 5'9 and i weigh between 160 and 170,

I would really love if someone could give me healthy breakfast and lunch and even snack ideas!? Because i dont think i eat that healthy and i don't know what to make that is that great for me!.
So any easy to make snacks/breakfast/dinners would be helpful,

and what elts can i do to lose weight!? (I don't like running) anything elts would be fine!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast:
-a protein shake(i take "proHER") and some fruit
-yogurt and fruit
-special K with fat free milk or soy milk

snacks:
-protein bars(balance bars are good)
-cut up or grilled veggies
-hard boiled eggs
-whole grain or wheat toast(if u must have butter, get i cant believe it snot butter)
-smoothie from a place like jamba juice
-fruits

lunch:
-salads
-grilled or bbq chicken
-egg salad sandwhich


Dinner:(no later then 6:30pm)
-fish(fish and chicken are lean meats)
-salads


anything that is fat free and has no high fructose corn syrup should be fine!. try to stay away from breads, rice, nuts, heavy meats, ect!.!.
**drink lots of water!!(8 cuts a day)

**Cravings!?**
-have some fat free frozen yogurt
-nesquick chocolate shake with fat free milk
-ice coffee with sweetNlow and fat free milk (thats what i have, but there are some starbucks drinks that are a little sweeter and dont have much fat or calories)

****TAKE WOMEN DAILY VITEMINS****



Do 15-20 minutes or resisstance training(weights)
**LOTS OF REPS, LESS WEIGHT**
alot of people think "if i do more weight i will lose more weight"
WRONGGGG!!!
You dont want to be ripped, girls want to be tonned and lean!.
example: use 5lbs in each hand doing lunges and each leg 50 times then doing 10lbs in each hand for 20 times!.

If you dont like running(like me=] ) go to the gym and do the olyptical or stair stepper for 20-30 minutes then when u want more of a challenge step it up to 40-50 minutes!. The More The Better!! =]

For breakfast a high fiber cereal is good with skim milk or oatmeal
fruit is always good for snacks and nuts
for lunch a turkey sandwich with whole wheat bread and some veggies on it!. For Dinner I would have chicken breast and veggies!. Make sure to drink lots of water and cut out any sugar you can!. I myself don't like running but I love to walk and ride my bike!. You need to watch your portion control!. Read what it says you should be eating and only eat that much!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Morning: Kashi (cereal) with fruit like strawberries or bananas!. Or just like egg whites and Bacon or something like that

Lunch: Try just a sandwich with no mayo or mustard and that kinda stuff just lettuce tomato meat and cheese on low fat or wheat bread and have a side of carrots or apples

Dinner: Hmmm this is a toughie uhhh!.!.!. just whatever u eat make sure i doesn't have alot of carbs in it and not alot of fats lol (sry)

And for workout do 20-30min of Pilate's everyday (look on youtube for excersices) and also do a mile jog everyday and u should be droppin poundsWww@Answer-Health@Com

okay its hard and sort of anorexic but if you just stop eating ( only eat when you absolutely have to and then eat raw carrots!.) or such!. drink tons of water!. and take vitamins to keep you healthy you will lose weight very fast!. i did that and stayed at about 119 for a whole year (as opposed to the 154 i am now because i started eating again)!. just dont get addicted to looking thin and you wont be anorexic!. plus you save a lot of money on food thta you can spend on cute new tiny clothes!. all you gotta eat for breakfast is eggs bacon and toast for lunch i'd prefer a club sandwich it has lettuce tomatoe ham and bacon and the bread is toasted and add stuff you would like for dinner you should have stew it's easy to make and good for you and a thing to help excerise is don't run it barely helps and is miserable try a bench press and weight lifting and that will help you stay in shape you weigh more not because of fat because of muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

I agree about 20 lbs but not in 2 months!. THat's too much too fast!. Its not healthy and you'll end up yo-yoing and gaining it back and then some!. Plus, you'll teach your body to conserve energy when its in starvation mode which will slow down your metabolism!.
