Are spinach pies fattening?!

Question: Are spinach pies fattening!?

Some people have told me that they are fattening and high in calories!.!.but I can't really seem to believe that!.!.When I was younger I would eat them with dinner!.!.and I come from a very healthy eating family!. What if you have 1 a day!? Is that bad!? Can someone please tell me what they think!.
