Is this an ok way to lose weight?!


Question: Is this an ok way to lose weight!?
ok!.!.!. in the morning i had a sandwitch(ham and white bread)
for lunch i had california rolls and a lot of hot cocoa haha
then i had a very small strawberry tootsie roll!.
then when dinner comes!.!.lets just say!.!.im skipping dinner hah
then ill sleep at 6:00 PM so i can get like 12 or 13 hour s of sleep and lose some weight in my sleep!.
and also!.!.for excersize ill ride my bike for like!.!.an hour
im a girl!. im 5'9''!. and i weigh about 145 lbs!. my doctor said my weight is average but i want to be like 120!.
so tell me your opininions and thankyou! :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Never mind that I don't think meat is healthy anyway, but the ham is probably saturated with sodium!. (I remember ham, any kind, being quite salty!.) White bread is junky, as it's been bleached after the endosperm (the part of the grain with all of the good stuff) has been stripped off of the grains!.

I don't know what a California roll is, but I'm guessing it's white bread!. Hot cocoa is nothing but sugar!.

Skipping a meal is not good, as it might hinder your goals, not help it!.

But I really don't know!.!.!. I just eat what I want when I want and I don't count calories, carbs, etc!. Some days I technically have four meals a day, if I have a bowl of cereal for a snack!. I eat after seven (sometimes after ten)!. I eat whole real foods, avoid enriched flour (fancy wording for white), corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, partially hydrogenated oils, artificial colors and flavors and anything that looks fake!. Obviously, I don't eat animals or animal products!.

really the way to lose weight is to increase your fruit and vegitables, and lower your fat and suger intake, in addition drink more water!. Drinking skim milk also helps!.

White bread had high carbs!. Hot cocoa has a lot of sugar!. and you don't lose weight by sleeping, yes, you don't eat while sleeping, but if you are starving your self, then eventually your brain is going to make you over eat the bad stuff to conpensate!.

And actually, at 5'9" 145lbs isn't bad, but if you want to lose a little bit, just know that it will be slow, and you are going to have to work at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

for a day or two, more than that could be dangerous,
caloric intake below 1200 is considered dangerous and starvation!.

research, check you BMR ,basal metabolic rate, base on that try to loose weight,
3500 cal= 1 pound of body mass
losing more than2-3 lbs a week is considered unhealthy!.

follow a well balanced diet and and exorcise regularly

consult you doctor,

What you eat seems fine!.Try HEALTHY FOODS though, NO WHITE BREAD EVER! and you may be getting to much sleep too!!.LOL I would suggest you try WALKING!.It's easy and you can listen to music while you do it!. I just said "DO IT" OPPS! Try that ( WALKING not DOING IT) 3 or 4 times a week for at least an hour and you'll be amazed at the results!. After a few months you'll look like a super model!.!.!. but don't get cockyt and start eating MickyD's for lunck!.!.!.LOL!.!.!. Hmm you sound like you might be HOT! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, IF your even losing weight your doing it an unhealthy way which in the long wrong will not help you out!. 12-13 hours of sleep!!?! you should only sleep 6-8 hours!. You dont lose weight in your sleep, you just simply burn calories(not many) by breathing!.

Your 5'9'' and 145, you should actually be pretty fit, unless your not active, bc thats perfect for me!.!.!. thats where Im trying to be is 145 and im the same height as you!.

soo!.!.!. the last thing is you should try some cardio workouts to shed those extra pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
