Question: Will a treadmill ruin the flooring!?

Hi, I am thinking about getting a treadmill but I am worried that it may ruin the floors!. What is something I can put under it to protect the floors from being damaged!? Will it even damage the floors at all!?

they sell these rubber/foam mats to put under the machine!.!.you can get them at walmart!.!.!.like those puzzle piece kinds!.!.!.or even use cardboard and/or a rug =] Www@Answer-Health@Com

They sell mats to put your equipment on!. It can damage the floor!. I have very old wooden floors and they get damaged easily but the mat helps to protect them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
