Ok, how do i get out of starvation mode?!

Question: Ok, how do i get out of starvation mode!?
For the past few weeks now i've been eating around 800 calories a day, and though i've never actually been starving myself, i know that it's not enough, and i definetly dont wanna eat that way for the rest of my life ( i love food, i wanna eat the average 2000)!. But my body's in starvation mode right now, it eats away at lean body mass and muscle and conserves all the fat it has, and i know if i start eating more, i'll instantly gain weight!.

SO THE QUESTION IS: how do i get out of this mode (and begin to eat around 1500 calories daily) without gaining any weight!?

please, i've already searched around, but all i get is people saying not to do this and why!. (i already know this, i just need to get out of it!.)

You'll do best by working up to that 1500 calories - and stagger the caloric intake numbers as you do it! This way your body does not go into "storage mode"!. You can continue to be as active as you've been!.

day 1 - 1000 calories
day 2 - 800
day 3 - 1100
day 4 - 800
day 5 - 1200
you get the idea!.
Hope this helps!

Edit: you will put weight back on if you expend less calores than taking in!. And, rather than just slowly climbing up to that 1500, you are staggering the calories (high/low)!. That is key as Tony Little and others say!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first thing you need to do is to add 100 calories to your day!. Do this for 1 week!.

Then, after a week, start going on walks!. This will help prepare your body for more calories so you don't gain weight!. Do this for 2 weeks!.

At this point you will be walking 3-5 times a week and eating 900-1000 calories!.

Now, you must gradually add 100 calories to your day!. Each week you must add on 100 more calories to your daily caloric intake!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry, but eating 800 calories a day IS STARVING yourself!.

To increase your metabolism, start to eat at least 1,200 to 1,600 daily (do not stick to the lower number or you will see the same phenomenon) and incorporate great exercise five days per week for about an hour, especially if it includes weight training!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I was young I had a friend that was very skinny and he went to a nutritionist to solve his problem!.
He start to eat every couple hours, besides the main meals!. He was eating a lot of fruits at that time!.
Today you have many different options, cereal bars, protein bars, protein shakes and etc!.
It's going to be a little bit hard because you are not used to, but you can do it!.

you must slowly start adding calories to your diet, if you leave starvation mode too fast it may cause shock to the body!.!.!.!.you should exercise more to burn off calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you eat 800 today, eat 900 tomorrow and 1000 the day after and keep climbing up and up!.

don't eat fattening foods, stay with a good diet of lean meats and veggies and fruit and you should be fine! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just start eating slowly and work yourself up!.
Don't rush into dairy or bread/pasta!.

How much weight did you lose by the way!?
Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, i would say to slowly allow yourself more calories each day!. so maybe day1= 820, then day 2=840, etc!. so then your body will slowly adjust to the increased caloric intake!. you will gain weight but i figure with this you will gain a lot less!. Honestly there's no way you can leave starvation mode without gaining a little weight if your intake goes up so will your weight!. If you exercise and eat good food then you wont gain weight!. go to this site to find your recommended caloric intake to maintain you current weight!. http://www!.mypyramid!.gov/mypyramid/index!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
