Question: When you 'diet', do you lose body fat!?!?
my exercise is an hour of gym class in which sometimes we do weightlifting, other times cardio sports!. about 45 minutes per day!. then before dinner i do 30-45 minutes of brisk walking on the tredmill!. and i dont want you to yell at me for saying i'm on a 'diet', because i'm not!. i'm on weightwatchers, which is a lifestyle change, not a diet!. i'm eating healthier foods!. i want to lose 30 pounds!. i dont really have a time limit but i'd like to lose it by january when softball season starts!. what kind of weight will this routine help me lose!? btw weekends i only do my walking since i dont have gym class!. will i lose weight from fat, muscle, water weight, what!?!? mostly i mean!? and i'm only drinking waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. It's difficult to answer this question without knowing how old you are, how tall you are, how many calories per day you are consuming, and what you weigh now!. So we need a few more details in order to help!. :-)

In general though, the first few pounds you drop will be mostly water weight!. After that, as long as you are exercising most days of the week for at least a half an hour at the correct intensity, and eating well, you will lose much more fat than muscle!.

If you are eating healthy food and exercising most of the weight that you are going to lose will be from fat!. The amount per month is hard to predict because we don't know how much calories you are eating and how intense is your exercise!.
But if you continue like this you will be in much better shape in January than now!.

ur not gonna lose muscle ur actually adding muscle!. that then burns fat so yeah ur you lose body fat!. or wat is called a body fat percentage!. ur body fat percentage lowers as u lose weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
