Most people put salt and butter on their popcorn, and that's what makes it not healthy!. However, there are other healthier alternatives to the butter!. It may take some getting used to but in the long run, you'll love it more than when you ate it with butter!.

While popcorn is definately not the healthiest snack available, there are healthy ways to eat it!. Try getting plain popcorn without butter, or get 100 calorie packs of popcorn, available at your local grocer!. Also, elect to not put extra salt on your popcorn, and have small portions, not the entire bag!.
