Raw eggs, good or bad?!


Question: Raw eggs, good or bad!?
I heard raw eggs in a glass (like in Rocky) has huge amounts of protein and gives a real boost!. Ive also heard that raw eggs gives u salmonella!. Also, would it be any different if I boiled them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, raw eggs do have lots of protein but there is the risk of salmonella!. If you boil them they definetly wont give you salmonella but they also lose some of their protein!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont eat them raw!.!.!.ew!. you definitely can get salmonella and probably a million other things!. its true that it's a lot of protein but you probably can get just as much protein from an energy bar or protein shake!. if you boiled them they'd still have a good amount of protein, just less from before!. and then it kills all the bacteria and stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Raw eggs can be bad for you! You should do that in moderation! Boiling them makes a huge difference it most likely takes some of the good stuff out of them but really you should ask a doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating raw eggs are risky!. Cooking would not reduce protein in eggs!. Nutritionally, there's no difference between cooked and raw!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat raw eggs it may carry salmonella from the chick part of the egg!. If you boil it all the salmonella boils off!. Hard boiled eggs are a huge protein too!. Just be safe!Www@Answer-Health@Com
