How on earth can i gain weight?!


Question: How on earth can i gain weight!?
ok, i have a super fast metabolism!. iv been at the same weight for a yr or two!. im 5'5" and weigh 111lbs/ 50kg!. iv been counting my calories and eating the right extra amount for a week, and got to about 51kg/ 113lbs but then the week after, i took a break from eating a high amount and ate the recommended 2000 cals per day!. and now, at the end of this 2nd week, my weight is back to 50kg!.

when i had gained a bit, i noticed more fat around my ribs and back, and that was good as im quite bony!. and now its back to normal!. i dont do much resistance exercise bcos i dont like the gym, but i walk for about 2 hours everyday (mostly uphill) and run sometimes!.

how am i supposed to gain weight at this rate!? i want to get to 115lbs!. what exercises are good that dont require me to lift weights and can help me to gain a bit of weight!? squats!? crunches!?

when i needed to gain a few pounds i ate every thing that was bad for me, i would eat 60 rocky bars a day and that sure helped me but it was the wrong way to do it!. now i eat right and 3 times a day and i am 5ft 6inc and 9 stone and i am so happy with that because i was 7 stone and looked like death warmed up, just eat right and you will get there, good luck, its nice to see that there still are people out there that want to gain some not lose it like the people we see on TV good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Squats, crunches will help gain muscle tone!. If you want to gain weight, then the best thing to do would be eat a lot, and I MEAN eat a lot of food and drinks EVERYDAY!

Eat cakes, doughnuts, drink fizzy drinks, eat a lot of sugary sweets, e!.g, chocolate (cadburys), and so on!.

By doing this, you will see sooner or later that you have actually gained weight by, maybe, couple of stones/pounds!. or even more lol!.!.!.

the more you exercise the more you are loosing the calories anyway so you wont put on weight if your desperate do less exercise and eat more as for exercises to tone you up sit ups will help your biceps and do some press ups sqauts etcWww@Answer-Health@Com

well if u wanna a little flab i can tell how to do it but with out the exercise you can always eat donuts or cake and stuff like that and do nothin for 2 weeks that mite help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
