Question: Do you think I'm weird!?
i was about to go to bed but i was very hungry,so i went to the kitchen and ate the leftover lunch at 5 in the morning :S i was so hungry that i couldn't wait until breakfast:(
and even tough i ate I'm still hungry,i want to eat crisps and chocolates!.!.i normally don't eat much,I'm actually really skinny!.!.

no your not weird, your body was hungry, you probably didn't eat enough in the day time, either that or its one of three things: your between 10 and 20 and going through a growth spurt, your about to come on your period or your pregnant!.

If its neither, its your body saying it wasn't fed enough in the day time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

What are you doing up at 5am in the morning!? Do you work shifts or something!?

If you're staying up all night and going to bed at 5am to sleep for only a couple of hours, you are likely to be more hungry as you will burn more energy keeping yourself awake - you need to get 8 hours sleep per night and if you can't sleep at night i!.e!. shift work then you need to make sure your bedroom is as dark as possible and as quiet as possible when you sleep in the day - I used to use an eye mask to sleep when I worked a night shift and ear plugs!.

If you are skinny and loosing weight even though you are still hungry and eating more or lots, especially lots of the bad stuff like chocolate, crisps etc then you need to see your doc!. I had a friend that went from 14 stone to 6 and half stone in the space of about 3 months though she continued to eat loads, at first she was excited about it then her eyes started to bulge out of her head and her hair started to fall out, turned out she had an over active thyroid which was making her loose weight and be a hyperactive, she's much better now she's on her medication!.

If it's nothing of your own making i!.e!. staying up all night and not getting enough sleep, not eating enough in the day, over exercising, periods of self starvation or bulimia or anything else you can think of, then I think you need to go and see your doctor ASAP!

Are you experiencing any of the following,

Gas
Muscle cramps
Aching joints
Hair loss
Aching teeth or bleeding gums
Diorrohea
Brittle nails!?

If so, again go and see the doc quickly!.

I don't think you are eating the right foods!. Crisps and chocolates are sometimes foods!. Your body is craving for fruit & vegetables, water not soda and small amounts of fresh home cooked meats, fish and chicken!. If you don't like meat there are other good foods that provide proteins, eg cheese, eggs, legumes!.

People who eat large amounts of processed junk foods high in fats can actually have malnutrition!. You could even have the early signs of diabetes especially if you are over weight!.

I hate to be so blunt with you but this is how it is!. May I suggest you see a dietician, they don't charge much or even look on the net for some info on food and nutrition :)
