Question: Healthy food that will fill you up and give you plenty of energy
I'm going to camp everyday for 2 weeks, and I don't know what I should bring for lunch!. I am trying to lose weight, so I don't want to bring too much food, and we will be practicing about 3-4 hours before and after lunch outside, so I will need a lot of energy!.
I'm already planning to bring a sandwich (which will vary everyday), and 1 or 2 bottles of water for lunch!. What else can I add that will be healthy, tasty, and filling!?
And please do not say celery! That is probably my most hated food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i was going to recommend oatmeal but you need a lunch so maybe a fiber rich cereal like special k!. Rice Cakes are good but you might think they taste like styrofoam!. theyre only like 15 cal!. And with the extra fiber in your diet it'll regulate your digestive system and more food will be digested meaning a little less fat absorbed!. Nuts are also good too!. Lots of omega-3 fatty acids your body needs!. Theres always fruit it tastes good and has lots of natural sugars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

whole wheat pitas with hummus, low fat cottage cheese, a handful of almonds,fat free yogurt,fresh veggies with low fat dip,an apple with peanut butter,special k protein bars,one ounce of low fat cheese with whole wheat crackers,fresh fruit, v8 juice,sliced turkey rolled up,bran muffin,any of these should work for you, hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

maybe getting one of those satisfying non fat only 90 calories satisfying yogurt drinks!.!.!.!!! i got one of those!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
