to lose weight in 2 months and how much weight can i lose because its my birthday in 2months and i want to lose the fat and tone up what excersises can i do to lose wight and tone up thanx

hey there,
yes its definitely possible to lose weight in 2 months, you're looking at maybe 8-14 lbs depending mainly on your body, how fit you already are etc, it varies
if you want to lose weight and tone up you simply have to do it the good ol' fashioned way
1) eat healthy - fruits/vegetables/water/if meat(lean)/nuts etc
no fast food, no fried food etc
2) throw in daily exercise - jog 30 min daily 4-5 times a week, or take up swimming if that works for you
basically any type of cardio will do you justice as long as you stick to it

It depends how much weight you are trying to lose!. If you stop eating white food ie: potatoes, sugar, bread etc!.!.excercise; do cardio and strength training!.!.!. you have to remember to stretch all of your muscles before and after your workout!. Drink plenty of fluids and eat only raw and steamed fruits and vegetables!. You can eat lean meat if you want, but only in moderation!. I hope this helps!.
