I need a diet and workout plan for horseback riding!?

I'm and eleven year old advanced horseback rider. I'm having all kinds of shows this summer--and my trainer thinks I should get in fit (lose a few pounds). I NEED to lose FIFTEEN pounds in about 1-2-3 weeks! PLEASE--horseback riding is my life, I can't screw this up! So please, if anyone has a diet or workout plan, please tell me! So--any suggestions?


Answers:

Horse back riding itself is a good exercise. If you want a fun way to exercise and lose weight, I'd suggest you just spend more time horse back riding. Also watch what you for a while. I'd try to cut out or down on things like cheese, sugary items, and meat.
