I need help losin weight?

im 16 5'5 160, i have 7 weeks to be around 140-130. I need help creatin a diet plan, if any of you have experience a special diet plan, let me know at to eat, and when to exercise,tANKS for ur Help!!!

First of all, you cannot lose that much in 7 weeks. 2 lbs per week is a healthy weight-loss, you if you are lucky, you'll lose only 15 lbs. Eat between 1200-1500 calories a day, and make sure it is balanced with lots of whole grains, lean meats, dairy fruits and veggies. Do cardio 4-5 times a week for at least 30 mins per day, and strength train 2-3 times a week. Finally drink lots and lots of water.
