Answers:
Yes, you should gain weight, you should weigh around 140 pounds for your height!. Start eating 5-6 high-calorie meals throughout the day from healthy sources!. Don't eat junk foods, or processed foods, or fast food!. Check if the food is healthy by looking at fat, sodium, and sugar content!.

Drink a lot of water throughout the day, and a multivitamin would be a good idea!. Keep working out!. Make sure you are having 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, meaning you need 127 grams of protein per day!. A great protein supplement is Whey protein, which can be found at your local vitamin store!.

Get healthy fats into your diet, these can be acquired from avocados, seeds, nuts, and fish!. Drink 3 cups of skim milk a day, they have a decent amount of calories, and are showing to reduce fat in studies, while strengthening your bones!. Remember, you still want to lose fat, just not weight!.

Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

personally, I like thin guys better than muscular guys!. I think the "wiry" look is very hot!. Probably because I'm really skinny lol I'm 17 and like 6' and weigh less than you!. But seriously, don't worry about it!. Alot of girls really like it, and ALL girls like it better than fat guysWww@Answer-Health@Com
