Question: Is 5'5 1/2 and 145 lbs fat!? What should I weigh!?
I'm 16 years old and I weigh 145 lbs and I'm 5'5 1/2!. Am I fat or pushing it or what!? I'm not very muscular either!. How much should I weigh for my age and height!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

your BMI is about 24!.1 You don't hit overweight until BMI is over 24!.9 But you are a 16 year old male!. I'm guessing you may not have hit your full adult type height, males can keep growing up to age 20!. But the point is it sounds like your worried about it, so rather than focus on weight, get out there and get healthy!. Go to the gym, find some activity you like, you'll feel better, have more energy, and maybe a tad more confidence!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should weigh about 114 to 154 if you round up if you round down it should be 111 to 150 so your getting their a little but it doesn't matteras long as you just do exercises though out the week and eat a little less (maybe drop the soda intake, if you drink it) then your perfect! so don't worry about it!
