Workouts Every night or Not????

Should you do crunches and sit ups and ab workouts and pushup every night or every day or should you workout every other day or a certain times a week?
I do 150 crunches 6 reverse crunches and 125 pushups every night...should i do them every night or every other night or a certain time a week?


Answers:

You ab muscels are just like any of your other muscle. They need a rest, otherwise you risk overtraining and actually making them weaker. Skip a day between working them out.
