Alright, I'm big on the whole "new start" thing, so I wanted to start the school year off more concerned about my health!.

The major thing is that I need to lose some weight, I have a lower belly pouch, and my thighs touch!.

So, Im not looking to lose a TON of weight!.!.!.!. but do you know any way to get good VISIBLE RESULTS in 20 days!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

just eat healthy foods, and exclude any foods you can imagine a fat lady enjoying!. lol

If you want to lose weight, the key is to burn more calories than you take in!. to do that, exercise and a healthy diet are the things you need to do!. For a healthy diet, you should be eating 6 meals a day!. A breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and a dessert!. When you have 6 meals a day it keeps your metabolism up and is actually healthier to eat more!. But, the meals should be mostly healthy but for dessert give yourself a nice treat!.
