I need to loose weight fast.!


Question: I need to loose weight fast!.
okay!.
this isn't exactly something i "need" or anything!.
but school starts september second!.
and i've always wanted to wear a pair of skinny jeans!.
hahah!.

i'm about 5"7, 5"8!.
13 years!.
about 155 lbs!.

i usually wear size 12/13/14 pants!.
usualy depends!.
always large/xl shirts!.
i wear t shirts!.

and i want to be like at least size 10 pants, maybe less!.

i want to still wear large shirts!.

but i'd like a flatter stomach!.

now, i can;t work out outside!.
all i have is my room, mi have no equitment!.
and there is no local gym!.
i dont want my mother to really know, because its embarrassing and all!.
she swears im not fat, but im not happy with myself!.
umm,

i can run around the house and clean and stuf fonly on thursday and friday!. because my stepdad works at night and sleeps all day exept for thursdays and fridays!.
then nobodys home but me!.

i would really like help!.
and for like the third time, i don't need to do this, i'd just be happy with it!.

i'm also not very confident!.
i think if i were a bit smaller in my thighs and a flatter stomach, i would be wayy more confidennt!.

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day
