Fat! I need to Lose weight! Help?!?

I weigh 145lbs, and I'm 5'4...I'm only 13--I know I know--Im to young to be thinking about my weight but I KNOW I need to lose weight! SO HELP!

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables; they fill you up and don't contain many calories. Cut all the junk and processed foods out of your diet. Don't eat meat with breading, chips, cake, fried food, candy, etc. Figure out the number of calories you eat on a normal day, and try to reduce that number. According to that, you're not actually overweight, just at risk of becoming overweight.

Limit the time you spend doing sedentary activities like watching TV and surfing the Internet. Instead, do something active like riding your bike, playing a casual game of the sport of your choice with the neighborhood kids, or going skating at the local ice rink. If you can afford it, you can enroll in a martial arts or dance class.

Get your parents to help you by not keeping junk food around the house, making healthy meals, and encouraging you to get outside and be active.
