Im 107 now!.
How am I gonna do it!?
I dont have any exersize tapes and I live by a highway, so I cant walk or ride my bikee!.

you are waaaaaaaaaay to skinny already hun! 95lbs is so low
anyway, if you have to then you should follow this
i did it and i lost about 30lbs over about 3-4 months
if you want to lose some weight, then you have to limit your calorie intake!. i would recommend about 1000-1500 calories a day!.
you should split this up into protein (white meats, fish and pulses), fruit, veg and dairy!. the dairy is important for iron and calcium!. it can also be quite low in fat and calories if you have skimmed milk and low fat cheese and yoghurt!.
try and avoid sweets, cakes, chocolate and biscuits - they stimulate your appetite, make you more hungry and they have loads of sugar and fat!
protein is essential for weight loss!. you should eat either meat, fish or pulses once a day (or more if you want)!. as you won't eat many carbohydrates, you body turns to fat to use as energy!. if you consume fewer fats they will get used up, causing you to lose weight!.
protein is vital to maintain your muscle mass!.
cut out the chips and crisps, and any other carbs like bread, rice and pasta
if you have to eat carbohydrates have the brown grains like brown bread and brown rice
make sure you exercise lots - try and fit at least 30 minutes into your day if you can
at the beginning of each month set yourself a goal - whether you want to fit into a pair of jeans, lose 5lbs or only eat chocolate once a week, set a goal to achieve!.
if you achieve it by the end of the month give yourself a treat - go and see a movie, go shopping with your friends, or go out for a nice meal!.

You DO NOT have to compete with anything!. If anything, you need to see a therapist if you're serious about COMPETING with other girls weights!. How about competing with other people in sports, school - you know, things that will actually benefit you!?
If you were grossly overweight, yeah, I'd have more advice, but you aren't, and I only have the above for you!.

i know it sounds super hard, but after about a week, you stop wanting it!. i lost like 5 pounds on that!. and how tall are you!? I'm 5'5 and down to 98, so if your any taller, your pretty good!. if your shorter, then just do like 25 crunches a day and your solid!. it really helps!. don't skip breakfast, it makes your body store up because it feels like it doesn't know when your gonna eat again!. if you must skip a meal (which you really shouldn't, but whatever,) then make it lunch or dinner!. never both!. try to eat fish and chicken instead of any other meat!. dont eat white rice!. swim if you can! and im not talking about the wimpy splash around in the pool!. i mean laps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest cardio and a healthy diet!. Try running in place and doing strength training exercises to tone up!. Just watch what you eat, and you will lose weight!. Also remember that you might not be able to lose that much weight before school starts!. You should only lose about 2 pounds a week!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Um!.!.107 is quite thin enough, 95 looks like too low!. Unless you're short and/or very young!. I don't understand why you feel the need to "compete" with anyone about weight when you're already at a very nice weight!. But if you're so very concerned, then turn on some music and just do some basic exercises every day!. Like jumping jacks, running in one spot, push up, squats, sit ups, controlled punches and kicks!.!.!.etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
