I'd like to lose 15 lbs. in about a month or two?!


Question: I'd like to lose 15 lbs!. in about a month or two!?
i'm 5'7 and weigh around 130!.
how many calories should i eat each day!?
and what kind of exercise should i do for how long!?

Try the Special K diet and go walking (run if you can) for an hour each day!. Do about 3 reps of 30 crunches, 2 reps of 10 push ups, and 100 jump n jacks!. I agree though you don't need to lose any weight by any means!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is only one person who knows your body like you do, YOU! :) you can get as much adivise as you want, but in the end the only way to change something about you is to decide to!. calorie shift,Dont count calories! You gotta combine cardio and toning exercises!. you may go brisk walking for 40-60 minutes, followed by 40-60 minutes of yoga/pilates!.!.!.this itself is a very basic workout program you can do either 5 or 6 days a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
