Im on my own little diet and am confused on what to have for dinner?
My current diet goes something like this:
breakfast: cereal/milk wholegrain toast/fruit
snack: fruits
lunch: sandwich on wholegrain bread
snack: peanuts, health bar, fruit or crakers
snack: peanuts, health bar, fruit or crakers
dinner: ????
For dinner i have been eating a salad and sushi but i need more ideas for that. How does my diet look so far? What kind of things should I add to my diet. I am 6ft 2in and my current weight 253 and im trying to get to 210. I aslo walk 6 times a week atleast 40 mins.

I just had brown rice and chicken(with no skin) it was really good.. and i put a little bit of soy sauce on it.
