Question: I cant stop eating, its become a problem
ok i eat way tooo much!. i cant stop !. i have no control!. i eat even if im not hungry and i tell myself that n i jus dunn care !. i used to have bulimia but iv been fighting it for the past 6 months and i think thats what is making me gain more weight!. iv gained almost 20 pounds this summer!.
i need helpppp !.!.!.!. or advice !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

its the vicious cycle of being a former Bulimic!.

you still crave that huge vast amounts of food and binging, without the purging, therefore- a huge massive WEIGHT GAIN!.!.

you need to have will power and self-control,
or you'll end up with obesity, and maybe even heart problems if you continue to live on such an UNHEALTHY eating habit!.

Seriously- you need to learn self-control and diligence and willpower!.
if you can't, then nothing is going to help you!.

When you reach for that fork, put it down and have self-respect!.
Stop, when you open that bag of chips and put it down!.

And if you STILL can't resist food, which is pretty sad, then sabatoge your food so you won't be able to eat it!.
Also, tell your parents to make sure that you won't eat over what you are supposed to!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a tough issue and not one to be ignored!. I know I eat more than I should when I'm emotional about something!. I'd rather stuff my face than deal with the problems in my life!. Everything seems out of my control and the only thing I can control is what I eat!. It sounds like you might be doing the same thing!.

I've had to make sure we don't have bad food in the house like icecream, chips, candy!. I always have chopped lettuce and pickles in the fridge and ready just in case I get in a stuffing food mood!. They don't have a lot of calories and I get the need to chew satisfied!. I'm also drinking a ton of water and that helps me feel full!.

I've also started walking everyday in the early evening for an hour because that's a time when I've really had a problem with over-eating!. I've discovered that this really helps curb my appetite, plus it helps me sleep better!.

Ok I hope you have seen a doctor and been treated for your bulimia otherwise I don't think Y/A is gonna be of much help!. But anyways, try to keep yourself occupied!. If your sitting around bored then of course your mind is going to lead to food!. Try exercising when you get bored that way you don't worry about your weight and start indulging again!. If you just cant resist the urge though try eating some walnuts, cashews anything like that!. That way you feel full, its good for you, and its helping the urge!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, I'm so sorry for this problem, I get into this kind of cycle every once and a while and I know it just gets out of control! lol, something that really helps me is not changing the way I eat or go about my day in anyway, it's all in my head, and how I look at things!. it's ok!. i have that same problem!. ppl tell me that i'm jst bored and need to find something else to do!. but what's so screwed up is i'll be doing something else and STILL wanting something from the kitchen!.
jst go outside!. and go on a walk!. running always makes me feel super good about myself when i'm done!. if you've had all your meals, then drink water when you want to eat!. if your not hungry, that should be the sign that what your putting into your body is jst gonna sit there!. you need to focus on calorie BURNING!. cardio!! weight lifting burns fat!.
