Question: Gained 6 pounds in 2 months!?(had a typo sorry)

i weighed myself awhile ago and it said 174 and i been eating healthy and doing cardio like dancing and walking!. i do both for a total of probably 40-60 minutes every other day!.for more than 2 months and now it says 180!. i never ate fast food or binge on junk food!. i eat salads and rice cakes and yogurt!.!.stuff like that!. only ONCE since then i had Popeyes!. but how could i gain 6 pounds!? i cried because the more i workout and eat!.!.!.!.i'm still the same weight!. i look slimmer and lost like 2 inches from where i was till now but i'm still the same weight!! arrghhh! i feel like i'm never going to be skinny/healthy :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

Okay first off it was more then likely muscle!. Especially if you lost 2 inches!. Calm down lol!. People go through changes different!. Now that your exercising and doing great your body is building!.!.!. Well then sooner or later your muscle is going to eat the fat!.

you probably burned fat while doing that cardio and build up some muscle
thats what happened to me i gained 5 pounds doing cardio/weights once i stopped for a month i dropped 5 pounds and don't look as lean

First off, calm down!. Gaining six pounds doesn't mean it was fat, if you have been doing cardio chances are some, if not all, of that weight was actually muscle!. You can gain muscle doing excersize you know!? :P

Second of all, try learning how to measure your body fat percentage, it differs from men and women slightly, so try doing a google search and learning how to measure it!. You mentioned you looked slimmer, but gained some weight, so this is probably why!.

You gained muscle weight, which I congratulate you! Don't be worried about a mere six pounds, it doesn't make you any less healthy with such a small amount!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
