Question: Will exercising at night boost up my metabolism!?
since my metabolism burns calories even through sleep, and exercising boosts up metabolism, it kinda makes sense that i burn more calories in my sleep if i exercise right before bed, but i just want to make sure if its true!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, but at a huge cost to your rest cycle (which is when your body does a lot of it's recovery from working out)
exercise releases endorphines, these will make it harder to sleep well if you work out too close to bed time !.!.!. the end result will be fatigue, a lack of desire to exercise and perhaps a desire to eat and sleep more !.!.!.
working out in the morning is ok and a great way to jump start your metabolism for the day, but you must eat, otherwise you are prolonging the "fast" and will result with a lower metabolism !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good answer previous!. Exercising before you sleep is not good for your sleep patterns!.!.!.there are a few things you should know in order to get a better sleep (I know this isn't your question)!. Don't have caffeine in the afternoon, don't eat spicy food, have high amounts of sugar or take part in strenuous exercise within a few hours of going to bed!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
