Question: I am looking to lose weight so I can play sports better!?
I have never been really active!. This year, freshman year, I decided that I am going to play sports!. I am overweight slightly and WAYYY out of shape!. What can I do besides playing sports that will get my weight down to my goal!.
I currently weight 156 pounds and I am 5'5'!. I would like to get to 130 by this time next year!. What can I do to improve my sports preformance and lose some weight as well!?
What should I be eating for my goals!? What should I NOT eat!?
